Who is Counselling for?
Counselling has traditionally been looked on by most people as a method of dealing with difficult times in their lives, when one struggling to find a way forwardor maybe feeling stuck. However, in addition to this, these days with more emphasis on goal attainment and life coaching, counselling is also focused on exploring your current life situation and taking the time to develop awareness of your priorities and hopefully bring clarity to your life. In addition, we all tend to have had an experience in our lives that has been painful and may occupy our minds. Counseling can bring a more peaceful state of being to your life.
