Who is Counselling
for?
Counselling has traditionally been looked on
by most people as a method of dealing with difficult times
in their lives, when one struggling to find a way forwardor
maybe feeling stuck. However, in addition to this, these days
with more emphasis on goal attainment and life coaching, counselling
is also focused on exploring your current life situation and
taking the time to develop awareness of your priorities and
hopefully bring clarity to your life. In addition, we all
tend to have had an experience in our lives that has been
painful and may occupy our minds. Counseling can bring a more
peaceful state of being to your life.

your life issues and create awareness and clarity of what
you want out of life, or what holds you back. Above all, the
Counsellor can assist you in finding your own personal solutions
to your life situation.
On receiving counselling it will be an opportunity for you
to receive professional guidance in helping you to resolve
personal and emotional troubles. These could be in your relationships
with family, friends, marriages or partners. Or maybe you
are just questioning yourself and your identity at this moment
in time and would like to explore this further.
Life
can bring some surprising and unexpected events at times and
although we all hope they are happy ones there are times when
unexpected life events can bring strong and powerful emotions
that we are unable to cope with. Most people benefit from
